Little Munchkins Learning Center is an early care and education provider in Austin that welcomes students and families to a center-based facility. As a center, Little Munchkins Learning Center provides an environment that’s geared towards stability, structure and providing learning resources and opportunities for children to explore the sights and sounds of the world around them. Children will meet and form bonds with peers of like ages and benefit from quality instructions from experienced adults. The full-time schedule at Little Munchkins Learning Center is also here for you and your child. A full-time schedule gives students the full opportunity for social, behavioral, language and cognitive development. Students will play, interact and laugh with other students their own ages on a daily basis and get the benefits of a dedicated, structured environment. Parents get a real community for their children and the time away to work and take care of other tasks! Little Munchkins Learning Center teaches a play-based curriculum that values self-directed, interactive, intuitive learning by and for children. Students at play-based schools get the opportunity to participate in theme-based, hands-on activities with staff that facilitate and direct the discovery process. Through these hands-on activities, students develop social, cognitive and emotional skills built through the cooperation process with their peers. A play-based approach also can spark a love of learning that will be foundational for students throughout their early years of formal school.
