Great Lawn Park is a center-based child care and early education facility serving the students and families of Denver! As a center, Great Lawn Park provides a school-like learning and enrichment environment that gives students a taste of what they’ll experience at more formal school in the years to come. Students at Great Lawn Park are provided the socialization opportunities that come with peers of similar ages, the enrichment opportunities that come with a center’s resources and structure, and the community that comes with experienced staff. For Denver parents, as well, the full-time schedule at Great Lawn Park can be exactly what they need. Full-time gives students the time to really gain from the best of what early education can be - learning with peers, exploring with teachers and finding something new to explore every day. The full-time schedule at Great Lawn Park creates a real community for families outside of the home and sets up students well for tackling education in the years ahead. Additionally, Great Lawn Park takes a nature-focused educational approach that both teaches the value and appreciation of the outdoors alongside stimulating the joy and wonder that comes with playing outside. Students at Great Lawn Park will get time outside to explore, play, and connect with the natural world, all in a supervised space that encourages appropriate risk-taking and hands-on self-expression.
