About Mimi's Learning Blocks

When my niece was born in 1996, I instantly had a overwhelming sense of love and I knew in that moment I wanted to protect her. Over the next few years we were inseparable as [ I watch her grow and discover the world through her eyes.] Once she began to speak, she gave me her own special name, “Mimi”. With my new name I was reborn and I knew what my purpose in life was. I went on to study early childhood education and have over 20 years of experience. I worked with children from 6weeks to 12yrs old in school settings. After years of teaching and mastering my skills in all aspects of early learning, in 2014 Mimi’s Learning Blocks was born. There is no greater joy than to watch children learn and grow into who they are. Children have a wonderful sense of honesty and love for the world. At Mimi’s Learning Blocks we pride ourselves on honesty, integrity, and transparency throughout our center and staff.
