About Early Foundations Fcch

We strive for a universal design that is accessible to children without the need for adaptation and focuses on planning from the beginning for the broadest diversity of learners. We believe inclusion is important to children because all children benefit from developing friendships, learning how to play with each other, experiencing acceptance, being sensitive to individual needs, and being provided with opportunities to learn from others with diverse abilities and cultures. After much research, we have adopted Teaching Strategies© The Creative Curriculum as the primary curriculum and we supplement with FunShine Express and Learning without Tears© to ensure our students are exposed to array of developmentally age appropriate activities and learning experiences. Teaching Strategies © Creative Curriculum is a holistic, child-centered program that offers age-appropriate, hands-on learning experiences for our students. Our goal is to guide children through play-based exploration to become self-reliant, confident and enthusiastic learners.
