Education Nation Learning Acacdemy is a center-based child care and early education facility serving the students and families of Philadelphia! As a center, Education Nation Learning Acacdemy provides a school-like learning and enrichment environment that gives students a taste of what they’ll experience at more formal school in the years to come. Students at Education Nation Learning Acacdemy are provided the socialization opportunities that come with peers of similar ages, the enrichment opportunities that come with a center’s resources and structure, and the community that comes with experienced staff. With the after-school program at Education Nation Learning Acacdemy, Philadelphia parents can furthermore get the benefits of continue supervised programming for their children beyond traditional care hours. The after-school program at Education Nation Learning Acacdemy gives students extra time to socialize, cooperate and learn with peers, more structured learning time and another community for students to benefits from, all the while giving parents the extra time they need to wrap up with work or take care of other responsibilities. Students at Education Nation Learning Acacdemy will also experience an arts-based curriculum that emphasizes how engagement with visual arts, dance, music and storytelling can develop the whole child. Children at an arts-based curriculum make with their hands, learn from staff and peers and take their creations from inception to finish. Through this engagement with the arts, students will develop a unique bend of social, emotional, motor and intellectual skills that will serve them well as they transition to more academic-based environments in the future.
