- Messaging: Use messaging and alerts to share quick updates with your families.
- Newsletters: Create newsletters for longer-form or more detailed announcements.
- Online Payments: Consider shifting to online payments to reduce the exchange of checks and cash.
- Pause Student Billing Plans: You can easily pause your billing setup in the event of a temporary or extended closure.
- Lesson Plans: Easily create and distribute lessons to all of your teachers on related topics (e.g., hand washing, germs, etc).
- Learning from Home: Admins and teachers can easily share lesson plans with families through the brightwheel app for at-home learning materials.
- Quick Scan Check-in: Open centers can use our scan feature to avoid touching device screens.
- Health Checks: Open centers can record wellness and temperature checks. You can elect to share these with families or mark them as “staff only.”
