Audra and her parents built Happy Campers Preschool from the ground up over the last 30 years. Starting as an in-home program, Happy Campers now has three locations and even has a partnership with the local school district to offer subsidized care for district employees.

Before brightwheel, Audra used a software tool for billing that is not specialized for early education. One of the biggest challenges for Audra was that she would need to wait five whole business days before seeing funds in her account.

Now, family payments on brightwheel are deposited into Audra’s bank account as early as the next business day. She also no longer needs to worry about whether a check payment might bounce, because all payments are processed online through brightwheel’s automated billing platform.

Since starting brightwheel in 2015, Audra has been blown away by how many of her suggestions have come to life over the years. When they see new features go live, Audra and her assistants will give each other a high five because they know their feedback has been heard.

Audra is also an active member of the brightwheel Facebook community. She celebrates the improvements she sees, and she also initiates meaningful conversations with other Directors so they can connect and learn from each other.
